Step 2: Once The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim  is done downloading, highlight all and right click all the parts file and click on 7zip extract to "*\".

Step 3: Double click inside The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim  folder, find and run SkyrimLauncher.exe application.
